not the way to go about it

stick up a clamping sign with a "your car will be clamped and towed if you park here" and add a phone number specificially for getting unclamped, a fiver for as im card and job done

clamp whoever comes along, tow them away if they don't turn up within 30 minutes

stick a sign up in the chinese place as well

you do realise though that if they fuck your clamp up it's going to be difficult to get it sorted

we eradicated the problem by writing "don't park here again" in candle across the windscreens of al the cars that blocked us up

alternativly, put a post in the ground if the council will let you
