They aren't going to do anythinmg over this amount court wise or otherwise.
So long as you hold a peacfull protest and do not stop cutomers entering the law cannot get involved as you have a right to protest.
I have done this myself in a major shopping centre outside a store/
This is a civil matter until someone breaks the law, protesting is NOT breaking the law.
