I bought a CCTV camera and PCI card as a set on the basis that I could return them if they were not what I wanted.

2 Days later I took them back and they were not happy about giving me a refund for the CCTV camera but they eventually did, but they refused to take the PCI card back as I had opened the box. They said giving me a refund on the CCTV camera was a good will gesture.

So now I'm £60 down and stuck with a PCI card that does fuck all.

I have been to Maplins 4 times to try and get my money back, but they staff are as thick as pig shit.

A Google search revealed Maplins returns policy isn't worth the paper it’s written on.
