Hmmm, I've been having a serious problem with my Focus not holding boost (keeps peaking then dropping ) whilst under load + have heard a strange whilstling noise a couple of times. Could have a leak too/dodgy dump valve (standard re-circ)?! Don't know a great deal about turbo's etc though but will have a look, how will you know if it's the dv??
