If the fan isnt cutting in its either the fan itself or the thermo switch. Take the plug off your thermo switch and bridge the terminals in the plug with a piece of wire (the ignition needs to be turned on), if the fan kicks in its the switch, if it doesnt its the fan itself at fault or a fault in the wiring. Also check your fuses.
