your minimum allowed weight for your height would be 11st 6lb, your maximum for your height would be 14st 4lbs
Slimming World is good for men because you dont eat measly portions, you eat to your appetite and have a large range of free foods you can eat unlimited on each particular day.
Theres a bloke in our group who has lost 6 stone
He doesnt stay to class though just weighs and goes
