i wouldn't use any form of detailer to remove dust. the best way is rinse the car down. this way there's no pressure from you with a cloth pushing the dust into the paint surface and causing damage. QDs are fine however for spritzing over the car after washing and prior to drying. it'll help to reduce if not eliminate drying marks and can aid in the gloss appearance.
