ive got a mk6 escort with 30mm front brakes and an RS2k rear beam with 270mm (?) disks, but im looking for something slightly bigger at the back to fill up my rear wheels. what else fits?

in running brakes this size should i be looking for an alternative master clylinder as opposed to the standard one? again, what options have i got?
