98C and you are worried, about what, the temp or that the fans are not on yet ?
98C is not anything to worry about, running hot at this temp doesn't kill headgaskets or cause overheating, but std fan switch is rated 86C/77C, stu's alternative switch is rated 92C/88C.
The temp gauge cannot normally be relied upon to be accurate, mine gets just above N before fan comes on and I have set them to come on at 90C and cool to 87C.
