Hope someone can help me on this one, weve had some 'landscaper' round to do our garden etc. and he turned out to be a first rate dick so weve told him not to come back. Thing is this meant the fence between our house was unfinished. Captain DIY steps in

The gardener had poured cement/concrete at the right spacing for them bolt down post fixings (reason been the soil pipe is too close to the surface to be able to sink posts properly). Ive done 3 out of the 4 remainig posts spot on, but the last ones fucked. First off ive drilled about 1/2 inch out of line (looking along the fence) and when Ive tightened my fixings the cement/concrete has cracked a little so the fixings wont pull down. I really cant be arsed taking the fence down to try get this big lump of concrete out the floor to put new down, is there anything I can pour into it that will allow me to drill in the right place and retain strength? Been reading on a grout mixture but unsure on correct application, any ideas???
