right e bay has change a bit in last few weeks as u say u can only add to ur description if theres no bids on ur item if there is u can only add to it.now ur cant end ur bids under 12 hours because to many people was ending there bids early if they did not want to sell that cheap. now u got to use the res price and not end early as e bay was loseing out on money so a good few people have been up ended out by this
