A friend of our family turned up with the kids, his car is on "Part Worn" Tires. I have always believed this to be bad, and is not something I would do myself. I was quite shocked he would have his kids in said car. However, I am not too sure why. My brother told me I was a 'Pleb' and didn't have a clue. He stated, the tires on my own car are now part worn themselves.
