No replies. No big deal. Tonight I'm going to remove all the power steering gubbins and the belt, and will do the next event at Brands Hatch with non-power steering. I'm sure it'll be alright. I'll report back and see how I got on. I think it'll feel fine on the circuit and I don't have to do much parking

Maybe I can get the car down to under 1,100kg.
