My advice is set the engine up at standard with the standard pulley.

Despite what they tell you, the best way to get the power from a cam is to set it on a rolling road. Set up as standard and then either fit the vernier from there or get you tuner to fit it and time it from there. Standard timing will be fine to drive but not the optimum, this is what the tuner is paid for. Many wont touch cam timing and if thats the case walk away!
