The E46 330D had 204bhp, but the E90 has a different engine......and its something like 234hp as standard....My E90 has had a remap and is about 270BHP/420LBs......Great everyday car with effortless overtaking and midrange punch yet pretty quiet inside....

Of course for weekend blasts you cannot beat high revving and responsive N/A petrol power
