Exactly, its experience, he maybe isn't pushing the boundaries as much as some other tuners but his engines certainly do what they should.
I've not had one myself but my mates 400/420 engine is STILL going after 7 years and it gets used hard on track a lot, pricey at the time iirc but clearly worth every penny when they last that long
