Ive just come back from doing the scally rally across Europe. The best rate in the country was a bureau de change in Londons WestEnd, next best was the post office. Eventually i had a mate who works at a bank doit for convenience and it was still slightly lower than the bureau de change but better than the postoffice.

On the was over on the ferry they where doing the best rate ive seen which was exactly the current exchange rate no commission if exchanging £2500 or over.
