go to your local motor factor and buy a roll of brake pipe (copper is better than the other type) for about a tenner. the ends cost a few pence each and the flaring tool will be about £20 (for a cheap hand held jobby)
and as for benders
just bend it with your hands (thats why copper is easier to work with than the other shit.
