My mr2 failed its mot on:
1. A offside rear seized caliper,
2. Imbalanced front brakes,
3.1 front steering rack gaitor,
i have had all 3 replaced, and said to the bloke once he had fitted the rear caliper, does it require the handbrake to be tightened 2?,

he told me no....as it needs the caliper to unwind first by being driven, then it will be fine? does this sound ok? as i have noticed it getting a little better, but the m.o.t has expired, and i dont want to drive it while the m.o.t is out......but if i put it into an m.o.t now im sure it will still fail on a handbrake as it doesnt feel good enough,
Any Advise will be much appreciated
cheers Statey
