Get meter box key off ebay and turn off thier gas and electric if theyve got outside meter boxes oh might as well take the actual gas meter

Cut phone line as a lot of houses still have external phone line down to ground level.

If theyve got outside sewer pipe on thier wall, as in many older houses, remove access cover or cut hole in plastic pipe and fill with can of expanding foam so thier toilets eventually back up.
