Do you have access to the persons house? If so, prawns under the floor are always good or in the curtain rail if thats not possible, several pizzas and taxi's sent to their house (get them kicked off the takeaway list so when they want something for real they won't deliver it. Start a nasty rumour if its a small town, lots of things really, you just have to be imaginative.
