i'll be mainly using it for fast road use but next year i'd like to use it on the track.

i have avo coilovers on my mk2 golf gti and they're ok but obv an escos is a bit of a different animal and would prefer it a little more civilised not quite so jaw chattering lol

mike r - i'd prefer to lower it more than that i know the arguments against for suspension geometry and stress on the 4x4

any one in the bristol area with various set ups?? not drivin the car atm so aint popped upto the bristol rsoc meets
