you get the barrel
you pop the circlip off the end
the lock comes out
it won't fall apart as it's got so much grease in it
look at it to see how it goes together
don't loose the locking pin
don't jumble up the numbers of the tabs
don't forget how to put the washers back together again

other than that, it's easy
