Find a decent 95/96 WRX and add exhaust, panel filter and scoobyecu (peanuts on ebay now) and it'll give decent performance (around 280bhp)

There's still some nice ones about, lots of crap but the decent ones get dragged down pricewise too. You'd easily be able to get one for around £2k
