I certainly wouldnt ride it until its sorted mate. Not worth the risk as it sounds like somethings out of balance badly to me. You havnt messed around with the forks by any chance have you?

Its certainly not normal anyway, i take both hands of for a strectch all the time (i thought everyone did) and my bike glides along no problem.
