Dave, Rod is obviously pretty upset at what he sees as you knocking back Mark because you've gone to Martin and what happened with the whole sorry Bruce Read saga, but he is TOTALLY missing the point that you are only going to Martin for things that Mark either doesnt do, or cant fit you in for in a reasonable time scale, and that you still have exactly as much respect for Mark as a tuner/builder of engines as you always have, and have no intention of letting anyone else touch your engine but him!
Personally, I think you should both totally stop communicating via the internet, as I think its too easy to take the wrong way, and doesnt work at all well for you guys, and we should all just have a pint and a sensible chat about the whole thing.
Totally agree chip, at the end of the day my engine builder and tuner is mark and nothing going to change that, but l will not be told where l can and cant go. This post was posted to have a go but now it backfired on Rod.
He knew l wanted that turbo but decided to post up here for sale after we had agreed a price
