Sorry if I bit the wrong end of the stick here.....

The post I saw from Rod (not got time to hoof through the search function), gave the impression you had agreed to buy, then you changed your mind, which messed Rod about as he could of sold elsewhere. He was only made aware you didn't want it when he read on here. Hwence why this post popped up?
