You cant get rid of swirl marks by hand, needs to be machine polished with either a rotary or something like a G220/UDM

the only other thing you can do, it temp hide the swirls with a polish that contains fillers such as Autoglym Super Resin Polish, then give a coat of a decent way such as collinites, dodo juice etc etc
