Hate to say it, but sounds like it will cost you an arm and a leg mate.

If you had the ability to do all the work yourself then maybe, but your going to run into a good sum of cash to put this right.

Re-shelling, well you would need an S2 shell with history and log book, but then it will become the donner shell car, yours will be scrapped, so no longer a one owner car.

Don't want to put you off, but there is a lot of work ahead of you, think carefully before you dump a lot of cash into a car that wont bring the returns.

The other option is sell it and buy one in better condition, after all, it may be a one owner car but that don't mean much unless it is a prestine show car and even then don't make loads of difference.
