HI M8,
The 2 wires for the pressure actuator on the metering unit are pin 12+and 10-.
at the ECU, check for continuity on each wire (no breaks) from the actuator to
the ecu, what measurement current wise were u looking fo when u say no power,
as the signal from the ecu is in ma very low not volts. depending on how cold/hot the engine is, as a test warm-up enrichment take the plug off the coolant temp sensor the one that tells the ecu how hot the car is not the sensor that shows the
engine temp on the dash, it is in the inlet manifold, and with the plug removed
set multimeter to 0-200MA (DC) switch on ignition and u should have test specfication of 55-75MA,at actuator plug IF NOT AND NO BREAKS IN WIRING faulty ecu,maybe relay or fuse is it s1 or s2, if welding remove ecu from car,
