What are the BMW equvlents on spec levels

I relaise there are M Sport versions, sports e.t.c

Also what differences between 320d / 330d power wise and spec.

I need 4 Doors so Ci thing is out

Offered Toring at good price, but has a slush box, what are they like in these, or is manual deffo way forward
