Umm, that has nothing to do with changing the PICTURE on the WELCOME screen!

This happened last time I asked this - everyone and his dog told me how to turn it on an off : which I already know how to do!

I was asking how to hack the registry to change the PICTURE - I want the welcome screen, I just don't want that picture!!!!
