you need a premises because your trade policy only covers one car at a time, and if youre not using it, it isnt covered by insurance and is hence illegal under the road traffic act. Im not even sure you can drive it to tescos, park and go inside, probably can if the plates remain on the car.
Most private policies demand the car is insured, and then you have a 3rd party extension on your policy tho.
