Its not on the road, so NO chance of an accident, and your insurance company wont look into if its taxed or MOT'd or anything as they dont care if you dont claim, which obviously you wont.

for all they know you have just bought it and want it insured to drive to an MOT which it fails and then sits there awaiting repair or whatever, they really wont care.
