HI guys does any one know what to check on my escort. No glow plugs, No rev counter, Rad fan comes on with IGN on, Dash switchs illumination is coming on with IGN on, when put live wire to glow plugs van starts bit slugglish but runs ok when heat is apllied.

Hi guys checked fusebox looks ok , no burn marks or dry joints , had multimeter checking for breaks in curcuit path.
All pins nice and clean with no corusion on them.Any help would be greatful as i am pulling my hair out at the moment. As i need the van running properly for work.
