i want to move where it enters the inlet system it as i have changed the crossover and don't want to drill it i had 2 ideas
Shit position, it does not atomise correctly here imho the bend would increase the possibility of droplets in this area
firstly to the dump valve t piece
i have concerns that it may be 2 far away and in it mix with the air correctly
I would have the same concerns, its also to far from the engine imho as if the engine needs a drop of water to prevent detonation by the time the water injected has travelled from that point that far, and had its temperature increased massively by the hot air it would be useless, this is without the issues of accurately measuring the amount of water to be injected at this point.
2nd place is on the throttle body
i have concerns about this being 2 close
option 3 of one of the revo tec self sealing things that go in the silicone hose
any light that can be shed on this would be of grate help
I run water injection and the crossover pipe is tapped just above the bolts which hold it onto the rocker cover, the straight path at this point ensure good coverage of air to mix with the water spray, works without issue and atomises well
