Depends really on the video. If you go into the control panel and then system it should give you the actual processor speed and the memory you have in the machine. To find out your graphkics card memory, click on start, then run, and type in dxdiag, click yes to the message that appears, then click on display and it will tell you the memory.
Higher CPU speed + faster memory and better graphics card will help.
I can watch epsidoes of Two And A Half Men in HD, but I can't tell you for sure if it is HD on the pc lol. Looks mint through the PS3 though
when ever i try to access that diag test my computer switches off and reboots !
it gives me the option to not do the self test, if i dont it will let me look at the display but th einfo is very limited
