i had my saff when i was 23 and was paying £400 full comp , stage 1 chip / cat 1 alarm / full no claims and 4 points on my licence
that was through the RSOC insurance deal (cant remember the acutal company)
edited to say : the company was boncaster and done through a broker called dominion plan
