Default Fiesta 2.0 16v sleeper massive spec **** **** **** REDUCED to £750

No longer on ebay they cancelled the listing due to me reducing the price and removing best offer £750 takes it away!

spec:

This is a modified car, its not factory standard
Its not 100% perfect / showroom condition

If your still with me read on...

1994 Fiesta Si 16v

Engine:
1988cc 2.0 16v silvertop mondeo engine £100 from breakers
Stage 1 Kent cams (ground new from blanks - not cheap regrinds) £300 + from Kent
ARP uprated conrod bolts £50
Cambelt kit £50
Full gasket set top and bottom £50
New Water pump £25
5w40 Fully sythetic comma engine oil £35
Genuine ford oil filter £15
Deep Ecu £40
2.0 injectors
2.0 mas airflow sensor
Standard Exhaust Manifold with EGR removed
Standard Ford Downpipe with Catalytic underpant gnomes converter

the engine was stripped and inspected upon purchase, the honing marks were present on the bores (so no detectable wear), it was cleaned an rebuilt with all new components, the only things reused were the tappets, in good condition and the oil pump also good condition. the engine conversion was carried out a few months ago at around 77,500 miles the engines put out 136 bhp as standard the cams claim to add 14bhp so this gives 150, realisitcally with a decat an suitable chip the car should put out more. The engine is health no odd noise or leaks.
When the engine was rebuilt the oil pump gasket gave way and began to leak after 30miles the engine was removed and stripped to replace the oil pump gasket, the sump gasket was also renewed at the same time. (best practise) The engine is now just over 3000 miles since rebuild and has had 3 oil changes (due to leak)

Chassis

Mk5 fiesta ariel
Colour coded mirrors
Profesisonally Rolled arches all round to maximise clearance

the colour of the car is 50/50 mix of imperial Blue and melina blue, i have a touch up bottle mix up and details so that any halfords store in the country can mix you more of the paint should you need it, which is often a problem when buying custom resprayed vehicles, on the subject of the respray its not a perfect job, its looks really really good, its a nice colour that looks factory and doesn't stand out too much. there are some runs in the laquer around the sills etc but on the whole its smooth and looking smart, baring a few stone chips and some surface rust below the rear panel.
On the subject of rust for its mot 6 months ago the car had a few patches professionally welded and the whole thing undersealed so it shouldn't be a problem in future.

Other bits
Puma Gear linakge and short shift (takes a little getting used to but is positive and quick)
brand new RS Turbo clutch kit fitted when engine was changed
Standard fiesta si gear box fitted from known good car
2 spare key fobs
1 spare key (only one lock on car (ignition barrel)
Brand new (last week) windscreen top tinted
Brand new platignum plugs and bosch ignition leads fitted last week
two engine mounts replaced (were a bit worn)
Fiesta RS1800 standard fit exhaust system (quiet and standard looks)
all fluid, absolutely everything has been renewed during the rebuild, nothing was reused
Generous Spares package if full asking price is met
Newish battery with 3 years guarantee
big folder full of service history

I've spent a lot of time and money on this car the last 6 months, it would make some one a very good sleeper/fast road/track car.
in the interests of honesty i will list the faults (and i will list everything i consider worth mentioning)

Heater matrix currently diusconnected due to cracked inlet pipe(replacement supplied)
sunroof leak (has been temp fixed) but headlining is dirty/mouldy looking could do with replacement
Car has rough idle, some sensor is faulty, should read off fault codes and replace sensor
one water pipe wore through on cambelt cover and has had a piece of copper pipe jubilee clipped in place to prevent it happeneing again
Maf - has been replaced with a 2.0 one but it is faulty the car runs better with it disconnected needs replacement
Car is currently doing about 25-30mpg for town driving, can do more with sensor replaced as engine does 35mpg in mondeo
Baffles inside the rear box have collapsed, exhaust still very quiet just makes a russling sound when revved
interior light not working - door swuitch unplugged, fiddly to get two
throttle cable has been shortened and is a little stiff - part now deleted by ford - replacement supplied
slight hum from gearbox at motorway speed, think fluid needs topping up
seam sealer between front wings and cosmetic slam panel is cracked.. lower (structural) panel is in good order and free from deformaties

Basically nothing at all major and with a days work it can all be sorted to make the car spot on, i completed a 300miles round trip today and the car was fine

please only make an offer if you are serious and willnig to collect within a few days, if you buy my car i may be willing to buys yours if its of a lower value.
cash on collection, i am not interested in any swaps (may be willing to buy your cheaper car if you buy mine)

if we have some good weather before the car is collected i will give it a wash and polish, if not it will be a bit dirty, the engine bay pic is out of date although looks the same baring muck
