I would advise checking the fan first, it should say on it.

My fan packed up on my old emachines and I trawled round all the local computer places and PC World and none had my particular one in stock. I had to bodge a dodgy £10 LED one on in the end. When I finally got back on the net and searched about I found the exact one for under a fiver.
