Go to tools and options, click on connection and do a connection troubleshooter, worth a shot, it can sometimes fix it.
Failing that just try again later and it will work soon enough
cheers for advice fella. managed to get it working just restarted laptop and now working but its lost all my saved passwords etc really strange .
