my opinion s that its about getting then engine sucking, farting and fueling as it should regardless of the situiation, in this country it can be sunny one day and cold and damp the next so its hard to draw the line. The priority is to make sure the fueling and burn is correct, adjustments are more refines and precise on a rr, even better on a dyno but this is pure money.
