For pure track work, id go plated, but for a road car the ATB works really well as it still drives fundamentally like a normal diff, doesnt make it a pain to manouvre at low speeds etc.

ITR is the best handling FWD road car ive ever driven, and these have a torque sensing geared diff (dont think its made by quaiffe but certainly seems to work the same way)
