to be honest mate you are better off going down the zvh route, parts are so much easier to get your hands on, especially if you need to rebuild it at some point. thats the reason im going zvh now, its cheaper for me to have a bullet proof zvh than get my 1.9cvh built to the same spec...........dont get me wrong, my 1.9cvh is a great engine, drives beautifully with plenty of power for the road ( 260bhp ) but if your wanting 300+ the cost is through the roof.

just an example, i got a quote for a new tall block bottom end only with steel rods and forged pistons ready for your head of choice and that came in at just under 2k.
