For the past few weeks my PC has been running really slowly. IT sounds like the hard drive is permanently flicking through and my internet is running dog slow keeps jamming up and crashing out.I did stupidly open an e-mail attachment without thinking as I was working through about 140 e-mails. My anti virus and spyware has picked up nothing and says everything is fine.I run AVG and Spybot.Any help or advice gratfully received
