Agree with RS nuts, i also have a 2 stage boost switch on the dash which breaks the circuit to the amal valve to lower boost. As a rough guide if you disconnect the feed to the Amal valve it will half the boost, unless your valve has been jetted like mine which means i run hardly any pre load on my actuator to achieve 1.5 bar, drops to 0.6 bar on low boost.
