Hello all.

My question is, are the con rods from a 1.8l silvertop zetec engine the same as the con rods from a 2.0l silvertop Zetec.

Reason.

The reason i ask is i am building a ZVH from a blacktop engine. So with i bought a Silvertop now. Anyways. My C20XE mahle pistons came today so i am very excited to collect the rest of my parts. I will go to the scrap yard this weekend and take the sump, pickup pipe and flywheel of a 1.8 zetec but i still am in need of pistons. I do not want to take another engine to bits for the pistons if i can do it all from the one engine. Any Ideas?
