simple instead of borrowing the money to buy, save it ! you appreciate things more too if you work hard and save the money then buy it. the biggest borrowing we have to do is for a house and the easiest time to save is while your at home with your parents. a good deposit goes a long way to a mortgage 10 years is better than 30 !
