my gf's fiesta is the same, sometimes wont start unless you press the accelerator. Seems pretty common, a fiesta i had as a courtesy car a couple of months back did exactly the same. Really wouldn't worry about it!

As said above, I wouldn't bother changing the coilpack unless its misfiring when its running.
