Ive got plenty of work to do on the rs (S2 Escort Rs Turbo) but lack of tools so i need someone as cheap as poss to sort a few things for me:
1. CLutch needs replacing as slipping. Ive bought a standard clutch kit just needs fitting.
2. Quite a bit of welding needed. Needs both rear inner arches, patch on passenger front inner wing and tidy up the sills (poss replacing) and any other little bits. If more cost effective is it possible to replace the whole floor? I can strip the interior and bodykit off and bumpers if need be.Also, i will waxoyl EVERYTHING then to make it look nicer and smooth,hammerite over the top in white.
I can drive the car so can get it to nearby garages but need quotes 1st.
Does anyone know any garage or lone mechanic who could do this?
Clutch would need to be done one month and then welding another. then it should get through mot and i can start on the engine myself.
